2. Services Offered

We specialize in the sale and professional installation of glass window films (including Sun Control, Privacy, Frosted, Decorative Glass, Safety & Security, and Reflective Mirror films). We serve residential, commercial, office, retail, and automotive (car) customers across Kolkata and surrounding areas.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Any online estimators or remote consultations provided are preliminary estimates based purely on client dimensions. Final service rates, dimensions, and project materials will be confirmed and billed only after a physical on-site inspection and validation by our field installation technicians.

4. Booking & Scheduling

You can request site bookings and assessments through our online contact form or phone call desk. Please note that all booked dates and installation slots are placeholders subject to calendar confirmation by our coordination desk.

5. Installation Standards

We use industry-standard preparation and application techniques to ensure a smooth, bubble-free, and clean film finish. The customer is responsible for providing our workers with unobstructed access to the glass surfaces, a clean work environment, and nearby access to electrical power outlets.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment conditions require: For residential jobs, full payment is due immediately upon completion of film installation. For commercial or large corporate orders, a 50% advance deposit is required prior to film selection and cutting, with the remaining 50% payable upon handover. Accepted modes include cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

7. Warranty Assured

We pride ourselves on warranty assurance for materials and installation. The specific duration (e.g., years of coverage) and coverage details (against peeling, fading, or adhesive failure) will be declared and validated on your service invoice at the time of purchase.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer represents that all details provided (dimensions, glass type, location) are accurate. The customer must disclose any pre-existing glass scratches, window frame defects, or glass structural instability prior to the start of film installation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gaurav Glass Films is not liable for:

• Pre-existing window pane cracks, frame defects, or structural instability.
• Glass breakages that occur post-installation due to mechanical impact or temperature shocks.
• Damage caused by incorrect post-installation maintenance (such as scraping, pressure washing, or use of ammonia/abrasive cleaners).

10. Intellectual Property

All website design elements, text, graphics, checklists, logos, and custom code modules belong to Gaurav Glass Films and are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property acts.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claims arising out of our service operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Changes to Terms
